What’s in the Unread Chats Tab?

Need to stay on top of your chats? The Unread Chats tab has your back! Here's how it works for store users:

• See the Brands That Need Your Attention: You'll find a list of brands that have sent messages your team hasn’t read yet.
• Unread Message Count: Next to each brand name, there’s a handy number showing how many messages your team still needs to read.
• Click to Catch Up: Clicking on a brand takes you directly to the chat with that brand, where you can check out all the unread messages.

What’s NOT Here: The actual messages aren’t displayed in the Unread Chats tab. This tab is all about giving you a quick heads-up on which brands you need to follow up with. It keeps things simple and to the point.

If a Brand Isn’t Listed: No unread messages? That brand won’t show up in this tab. Only the brands you need to check on will appear, making it easy to focus on what matters.
