Viewing Promotions

You Start on the My Promotions Page

Let's take a look at a promotion. When you log in to BrandBlum, you’ll land on the My Promotions screen. Just click the See Promotion button next to the promotion you want to check out.

✔️ Want to go back? Anytime you want to return to the My Promotions screen, just click the BrandBlum logo or the Promotions button on the Main Menu.

Promotion Summary

After you hit See Promotion, you’ll jump right to the Store Details screen for the Promotion. This is where you find all the basics about the promotion. Here’s what each part means:

1. Your Store Name

Your store name, city and state shows here, with your retailer name above it. This is especially helpful if you have access to more than 1 store so you can be sure that you're working on the correct store.

2. Select Another Store

If you have access to more than 1 store, you can clear here to select another store. This'll only show if you have multiple stores.

3. Promotion Name

This is the name of the promotion. Could be something catchy like "Spooky 13" or or simple like "Halloween 13% Off." The Brand name will be right above it!

4. Sales Rep

This shows the name and contact info for your Brand Sales Rep—if your brand includes it! (Not all brands do.)

5. Duration

When the promotion kicks off and when it wraps up.

6. Promotion SKUs

Here’s the list of products (SKUs) in the promotion. It might be just a few or a whole bunch! The list could show specific numbers like "SKU 12345," or give a description like "SKUs starting with 703" or "All SKUs."

7. Promotion Rules

This is a quick rundown of how the promotion works and what perks it offers. The rules give you the basics so you know what to expect.

8. Promotion Documents

This is where you’ll find any files related to the promotion, like documents, videos, or pictures. Sometimes there’s a bunch; sometimes there’s none at all.

Promotion Documents can be anything: terms and conditions, product videos, sales flyers, FAQs, Excel sheets, or even training info. They’re here to help you and your team understand and rock this promotion!

✔️ To view a Promotion Document, you’ll need to download each file one at a time. Just click on the file you want, and a download pop-up will appear—easy peasy!

9. Tasks

Tasks are the specific activities or actions that the retail store must complete as part of its participation in the promotion. We'll cover these in detail in the next section.

10. Notes

The Brand Marketer might leave some extra info here about the promotion. It could be a reminder to check out the FAQ, or just some helpful background details. Notes aren’t always included, so don’t be surprised if this section is blank!

11. More Promotions for this Store

If your store is participating in other promotions, they'll be shown here. It's collapsed when you first see it - just click it to expand and it'll look like this:

Your store may be participating in several promotions and they'll all be shown here. This section makes it easy to move from Promotion to Promotion for your Store. Just click the See Promotion button to go to that promotion.

12. Action Button

Near the top of the screen, on the right, you'll see the Action Button button which lets you do other stuff, like Export Excel.
