Navigating the System

BrandBlum makes it super easy to get where you need to go. As you explore, you’ll see handy options like a “Back” link to go to the previous screen or an Action button (3 verticle dots) to do more cool stuff.

Quick Tip: Stick with BrandBlum’s own buttons and links to keep everything running smoothly.

🚫 Watch Out! Skip your browser’s back button—it can throw things off and make you lose your place.

Here are a few tips to help you get started. And remember—things might look a bit different depending on where you are in BrandBlum and what you can access.

Main Navigation

1. Your Name and Role

In the upper right, you'll see your name and role within BrandBlum

2. BrandBlum logo

Clicking on the logo takes you back to your starting screen (your "Home" page. This is usually the My Promotions page)

3. Flyout Menu

The 3-line icon, sometimes called a "hamburger menu," opens a submenu, a Flyout Menu. More on that in a moment.

Main Menu

Located on the left side of the screen, this menu gives you access to all the main sections of BrandBlum.

✔️ If you use BrandBlum on a phone, the Main Menu will appear at the bottom of the screen instead of the left side, and you may have less options.

**4. How to button**

Click this button to access this User Guide. It will open in a new tab in your browser.

**5. Promotions button**

Navigates to the My Promotions page, which shows all available Promotional Programs. From there, you can navigate through to see the Promotion information and then review and submit the Promotion Tasks. (We'll cover this in a later section).

✔️ The active button is highlighted - here you'll see Promotions is highlighted, since you're on the Promotions page.

**6. Stores button**

This will show the My Stores page, which shows all the stores you have access to (you might only have 1). From there, you can access the Store Detail page to see all the Promotions for the store.

**7. Reports button**

Clicking here will download an Excel report of your active promotions.

The Flyout Menu

You can access the Flyout Menu, the submenu, by clicking on this icon in the Main Menu.

The Flyout Menu contains additional options. The key options are shown below.

1. Close button

Click the Close button ("X") to close the Flyout Menu.

2. My Profile

This area will allow you to change your profile settings, like your name, password, email, or phone.

3. Sign Out Button

You can sign out of BrandBlum by clicking this button.

You'll also see links for Terms and Conditions and Refer a Friend.
