Resubmitting Rejected Tasks

If a Salesperson rejects your submitted task, the Task will turn red. You can resubmit the Task by clicking the Resubmit Task button.

 

You'll see a Rejection Reason in red (1). The Salesperson should explain the rejection reason in this box. This also shows the name of the person who rejected the task and the date and time they rejected it. The See History link (2) will display any history of prior task submissions.

To resubmit the task, just click the Resubmit Task button (3). This will display a popup allowing you to update any information, add any comments, and resubmit the task.
