What's New in Cow? - Nov 12
We’re super excited to bring you some awesome new features in our November 12 Cow Big Update! Here’s what’s new and how it’ll make things even easier and better for you.
Data Export
Keeping tabs on your programs is now as easy as pie! With the new Excel Export feature, you can download all your program and key task data straight to Excel and analyze it however you like. Just look for the shiny new Reports button in the Main Menu, or the check out the new Actions buttons with the Export Excel option all over BrandBlum.
Actions Buttons
Speaking of Actions buttons, we’ve added these to make things easier for you! Now, you can quickly perform different actions right from Store Cards, Program Cards, Store Details, and more.
What can you do with these Actions buttons? One super handy action is Export to Excel—perfect for getting all your program info in one place! Just look for the Actions button (those three little verticle dots) and see what options are available.
My Programs Searches
Looking for something specific? Now you can use the My Programs search feature to quickly find what you need! You can search by Program Name and other fields to zero in on the exact program you’re looking for.
Retail Admin
Need to give certain staff more control? Now you can! We’ve added a Retail Admin role so selected team members can add and edit users, and even add stores. It’s all about giving your team more flexibility to manage things their way.
Program Close
Did you know you can still submit a program task after the program’s end date? But we get it—nobody wants to accidentally submit a task for a program that wrapped up ages ago. Now, the Brand Marketer can officially close a program—and lock it—after it ends. And if they forget, no worries! It’ll close automatically 100 days after the end date. That way, you can stay focused on what matters now.
A Few Handy Upgrades
- Timezone Magic: Now you can pick your own timezone in My Profile, so everything always shows up in your local time.
- Thumbnails & File Names: Attachments just got a facelift! Now you’ll see thumbnails for pictures and videos, plus the filenames. PDFs get thumbnails too, and Excel and Word files come with easy-to-spot icons.
- Better Warnings: We’ve fine-tuned some of our warning and error messages to make them clearer, so you’ll know exactly what’s up.
